2. Placing orders

By placing an order on the website, you confirm that the contact details you provided are correct and agree to the payment and delivery terms. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock or the provided data is incorrect.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and may change without prior notice. Payment is made online (card, LiqPay) or upon receipt (cash on delivery via Nova Poshta).

4. Delivery and returns

Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided their original condition and packaging are preserved.

5. Limitation of liability

WoodSteel is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, force majeure or martial law.
